Delhi to Kalka Train numbers 2311 Delhi to Mumbai (Central Station) Train numbers 2138, 2926, 2952, 9024 Delhi to Varanasi (Junction) Train numbers 2382, 2392, 2560, 2562, 4006, 4258 Delhi to Jaipur Train numbers 2015, 2414, 2461, 2916, 2958, 4059, 9106 Delhi to Agra (Cantt.) Train numbers 2002, 2138, 2191, 2616, The New Delhi railway station is at the beginning of the main bazaar in Paharganj, the booking office is just beside it. To book a train you need to fill out a form with the train number, departure town and destination and your name and address. To find out the number of your train, ask at the enquiries desk. You cannot however buy your ticket at enquiries and must queue again. There is also a booking office for foreigners on the first floor of the station itself. It seems like more of a hassle to buy your tickets here. Each booking office has a separate desk for women and senior citizens. These are often less crowded. Remember to check whether your train leaves from the Old Delhi or the New Delhi train station. |
