| Air Patna, the capital of the state, runs domestic flights to many major cities in India. Bodh Gaya has international flights to Colombo, Singapore, Bangkok and Paro (Bhutan). Train Bihar is connected by train to all major cities of India and most of the towns are interconnected among themselves. Patna has direct trains to Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Varanasi. Road The state has a vast network of National and State highways. However the roads are usually not in very good condition and trains are often more comfortable for long distance journies..
